Submit the application form, transcripts, and a short student statement.

Receive your offer, complete enrolment, and join the MFM family.
What to bring
- Completed application form
- Learner's birth certificate (copy)
- Most recent school report (Grade 1+ / Form 1+)
- Parent/guardian ID (copy)
- Two passport-size photos
- Transfer letter (if applicable)
Tuition & fees
Fees vary by level (Primary, O-Level, A-Level) and are reviewed each term. Please contact our admissions office for the current fees schedule and payment plan options.
